Discuss an existing camera or a suitable new location, with clear publication and retention permissions.

BIDs, venues and community partners can discuss a defined coverage project with equipment and maintenance responsibilities agreed.

Review location, exposure, update timing and the value of the additional coverage.

Set out attribution, publication, archiving and any commercial-use restrictions before deployment.

Agree how to report maintenance, change a feed or discuss withdrawal and future uses.
Local knowledge has lasting value.
Contributors know their instruments and surroundings. A maintenance note, a changed sensor or a new obstruction can explain a pattern that software alone cannot.
Our aim is a network that is useful to the public while respecting the people and organisations that supply it.
